Our quality system covers incoming raw material, in-process inspection and final lot inspection, ensuring every component conforms to drawing.

Finishing & packing
- Laser marking of part numbers, logos or batch codes for traceability
- Deburring of all machined edges
- Hot water / chemical washing to remove oil and chips
- Rust-preventive coating for storage and transit
- Packing in bubble wrap, plastic bins or corrugated boxes
- Documentation: inspection reports and MTCs with dispatch
